Diving into a gluten-free or other special diet for your child…or yourself…can be intimidating. Suddenly, mealtimes are stressful, the grocery store is a nightmare, and eating out and socializing…you can’t even bear to think about it.
Relax! It’s really not that bad. It’s entirely do-able. And YOU can do it.
Here are a few posts that address some of the basics. More to come!

Hi mom
I have an 8 year old with autism. we tried DAN for 2 years but hardly any gain. could you recommend a good DAN doctor? also how long did it take for you to recover your boy? what age did you begin and when were you all done?
thanks. god bless . Saba
Where are you located and are you willing to travel? We started when u son was 4 with a gluten-free diet. I’d say he lost his ASD by 11-12, but still had residual issues with anxiety. He’s continued to improve over the past year with a paleo-type diet. He’s 17.
What has the focus of treatment been? Digestion? Detox? All of the above?
I have some questions if you could please email me- thank you!
