My kids are picky eaters. For instance, they don’t really like sandwiches, which makes packing lunches a little challenging. To help myself keep track and illustrate to parents just starting out, I’m going to post random lunchbox pics.
This was Kyle’s lunch today:
Aidell’s chicken apple sausage in a thermos with GF Organicville BBQ sauce for dipping, raspberries, a strawberry squisher, a packet of Justin’s honey almond butter, 3 GF Kinnikinnick graham crackers, and 2 giant homemade gel gummi bears. (Recipe in progress)
Michael had an abbreviated, nut-free version: sausage, ketchup for dipping, raspberries, organic corn chips and gummi bears.
Tip for Thermos: Fill with very hot water for a few minutes, then empty water and add hot food. It will keep your lunch hot a little bit longer.
