1 Recipe win, 2 fails and fatigue

I tried 2 new recipes yesterday, zucchini fritters and cheese crackers. Nothing to write home about. Bummer. The fritters look good, but they were too egg-y.

Plus my chronic fatigue has shifted gears. I’m not cruising along, I’m actively fatiguing. Eight solid hours of sleep, another hour nap this morning, and all I can think about is going back to bed. Not sure what triggered it this time. Plus joint pain. 😦

My plan:

  • Ribose
  • Methyl b12
  • Possibly a Meyer’s cocktail IV next week
  • Contacting Theresa Vernon LAc about her nutritional testing and protocol.
  • The recipe win was another riff on my beloved Adobo seasoning:

    Adobo Wings

    Ingredients:

  • 1 to 1-1/2 lb trimmed wings
  • 1-2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 Tbsp adobo seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Directions:

  • Mix everything in a big bowl or a gallon ziplock bag.
  • Marinate for at least 1 hour
  • Bake on greased cookie sheet for 30 minutes at 375. (My oven runs a bit hot)
  • Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime.
