Yes, I know the month is fully 1/3 over, but I was felled, and thoroughly, by a flu/sinus infection/cold/cough assault that lingers still on Day 19. Despite rigorous application of allopathy, naturopathy, homeopathy and homemade chicken soup, I have been unable to shake this illness.
My brain has suffered mightily. I have been wandering in a thick fog of fatigue and forgetfulness. And some days that has included forgetting to make dinner. So this post is late. But I’m hoping it will help me avoid the “Oh no, what’s for dinner?” issue.
